Only 25% of what is needed is being sent to Myanmar.
It estimates that 2.5 Million people are homeless and having dire hardship.
Our depot/warehouse has been initiated to help the Groups of caring Myanmar and organizations overseas to send survival stuff at least 1,000Kg in weight to Yangon and to the disaster area in the delta.
So if you and your organization have survival stuff at least 1,000Kg or More ready to send or will have collected survival stuff to send please contact us e- mail contact@nargismyanmar.com and we will inform you how we will forward your survival stuff to the disaster area. Please tell us what items that you have ready to send.
Items which are desperately needed are:
1. Plastic Sheets for temporary housing. Roofing and Flooring.
2. Cooking utensils, simple pots, pans, and plates.
3. Dry package foods.
4. Over the counter medicines and vitamins.
5. Basic construction materials and tools, nails, hammers, saws, ropes etc. |
